Dominic, a licensed builder and skilled carpenter, leads our on-site operations with meticulous attention to detail. His hands-on approach ensures seamless execution and exceptional quality in every build.
Dave, holding a degree in Construction Management, drives our office operations with precision. From quotations to project management, Dave's expertise ensure smooth sailing and clear communication from start to finish.

How we can assist

It is our preference to be involved in your project as early as possible. Whether it be advice on initial concept ideas or before plans are submitted to council, you can engage us at any stage to provide feedback on design, buildability and cost estimations. We find that our involvement in the initial stages provides our clients with upfront feedback so that informed decisions can be made with regards to design, timing & overall budget.

If you have your working drawings ready (architectural docs, engineering, specifications etc) we can provide a formal, fixed price quotation. We are experienced in working with architects/clients in a tender process and providing value management options to achieve a budget.

David is a trained estimator and can provide advice on building costs at any stage of the process. He specialises in cost estimations, feasibilities, bill of quantities & ball park figures / m2 rates. We do charge to provide quotations/costings which is dependent on the type of job & level of detail you are after.
